|Notes for this activity:||Workshop #4 - Define Your Life Purpose! What's your story? This important conclusion to the "Self Discovery through Artistic Expression" class helps students develop a greater sense of life purpose. Students identify the story and characters they are living, and tag the fears and negative self talk that keep them from achieving their goals. Instructor Ann Christensen uses Joseph Campbell's "The Hero's Journey" to help students learn where they are in life's journey. Students will identify fairy tales and favorite childhood books that point to key moments. For some students, this is the beginning of a memoir or perhaps a fiction story. Attend one or all 4 workshops! If you enroll in all 4 workshops, a $20 discount will be given. NOTE: $15.00 supply fee is payable in cash to the instructor at the beginning of class.|
